PCN REFUND POLICY

REFUND REQUESTS Please be advised that payments made on this website are for the settlement of Parking Charge Notices only. Once a payment has been made, any request for a refund must be made in writing within 7 days of payment. We are unable to consider a refund request without the following information: PCN NUMBER ; A FULL POSTAL ADDRESS that we can correspond with, as all decisions are conveyed in a letter. If you are unable to locate the PARKING CHARGE NOTICE we will require the full vehicle registration number of the vehicle to which the NOTICE was served. Upon receipt of the required information we will investigate the matter and write to you accordingly. ALL E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: PCN@PARKING-LOTS.CO.UK
